Hey, well im getting my paper work together for my AOS, just a couple questions, the g-325a is the biographic thingy, do i need to do one just for me the canadian or do i need one for my husband too? also, my husband has gone back to school, and is only working part time, i noticed we have to do another affidavit of support, is this going to effect my aos? will i need a co sponsor now even though im already here?

1) just the alien

2) possibly... the old affidavit is not sufficient... it is also a different form (I-864 vs. I-134)

YMMV

Does he meet the poverty guidelines? If his income is over the current poverty guidelines, you should not need a co-sponser. But if he's under, you will need one and likely get an RFE if you don't supply one.
