Where to pay k1 visa fee in Fils?

My fiance has interview in Manila on 4-7-09. Want to pay the fee in Tagum City or Davao. Spoke to BDO and BPI and both said they no longer accept the fees. If they dont, then who does and how can I pay the fee before the interview date? Even the embassy site refers me to BDO but BDO says they just stopped processing those payments. Any guess anyone?

Thanks for the post. My fiance walked into the BDO in Tagum that was listed on the embassy site and they said they dont take the fees there anymore. When I called the headquarters, the said they no longer accept those fees. There is only one Citibank that accepts payments in Makati City so I guess I will have to pay there when I get to Manila. It is unbelievable!!!
