When you fill out the forms for pack 3, how precise do you have to be?

The form DS-230 part 1 asks for a list of employment for the last 10 years but only spaces for Employer, location, job title, and from/to dates.....are you expected to put names and full addresses and precise dates?

and on the part they ask you to list places you have lived since you were 16 years old there are only spaces for City or town, province, country and from/to dates...do they not want full address?

Or would it be best to attatch another sheet with full details of all this?

Precise as possible

and on the part they ask you to list places you have lived since you were 16 years old there are only spaces for City or town, province, country and from/to dates...do they not want full address?

Just write down what is asked.

Or would it be best to attatch another sheet with full details of all this? Just City or town, province, country and from/to dates...
