Hello to all my good friends. My k1 was approved on 01/15/2009 and sent to Guanzhou. My question is how can i check to see if Packet 3 was sent or not,

the mail in China is not as good as the USA or in fact other countries.

Thank you,

Moving to consulate forum.

It takes at least 3 months for the consulate to receive packet after NVC sends it. China Customs delay is 1-2 months, and then consulate stores the packages for 1-2 months depending on back-log.

Give it 3 months and then call DOS visa services. 202-663-1225 http://travel.state.gov/about/info/info_308.html#visa

In the meantime, JOIN and research the interview process here: http://candleforlove.com (GUZ seems to deny ALL K-1s that are NOT prepared)
