hmmmmmmmm....no job. That gives him time to work on the car all day doesn't it? Happens he gets it fixed he can run around town in your car until you get home from work. (something commonly known as incentivization)

I think I'll have to take his keys and refuse to return them until he decides he will go look for a job.
