They didnt ask him ANYTHING. He handed all the paper to the immigration officer and they told him to have a sit in the waiting room (3 1/2 hrs waittime) and when they called him on the counter they just apolagized that the denied him the last few times and they said congrats, come and pick up your visa on thursday at 5pm. Kindda weird but you never know with them

We were applying for visitors visa that is why. he wanted to come visit me before we got married and when i qwas in labor with our son. but they kept on sayng that he has stronger ties to the USA than his home country so we had to do either K3 or CR1
