IV FEE AGENT Test Letter

I paid my IV fee on 11th March after DS-3032 was accepted,it was processed on 13th March.This morning I have an email from NVC and they mailed me the invoice to pay?????????What should I do now.The payment status is still "PAID".Please helpppppppppppppppppppp.I know i have to call,should i fax them my receipt .Any one had this situation before????????????

As long as the online status is PAID and you have the cover sheet printed then just ignore the e-mail. It happened to us, too.. That is how NVC e-mail system works..

As long as the online status is PAID and you have the cover sheet printed then just ignore the e-mail. It happened to us, too.. That is how NVC e-mail system works..

I know they take forever to update their AVR too,I had paid my IV fee and sent it my AOS but AVR still saying DS3032 has been received,same message for about a week.

It was the representative who told me to ignore the e-mail if the bill has been paid.

You could call them up, if you want to check the status of your case.. Do not rely on AVR as your head would just ache and your ears would be deaf hearing same things over and over again..

One more thing.....how to know when the AOS and IV packages are scanned n put in the system???u have that in ur timeline...just curious???

YW.. First, you could track if your package has been delivered to NVC. After that, I started bugging the representatives if our AOS and IV package were already in their system..
