Not much you can really do unless................

expecting a child and want it born in the USA if doc clear you to fly

death of someone

medical conditions on avail basis

if spouse is a member of the armed forces ready to deploy, need a copy of deployment order....

other than that it's really hard to convince them to expedite your case... goodluck!
