I did a quick search, but I could not find a thread dedicated to 2009 K-1 applicants who sent in their applications to the California Service Center.

We applied on Feb. 2, 2009 and we read numerous threads on this forum to help us prepare our forms. We wish everyone here all the best in their journey. I (Nik) know that it is not an easy road, but we are all going to get through this :)

After reading some of the recent success stories, I am really praying that our application is approved by May or even June. The sooner she (Andrea) can have the K-1 visa, the sooner we can be together and start a family/home.

I hope to hear more from fellow 2009 K-1 filers who sent in their applications to CSC. God speed to everyone here.

04 Feb 2009 - CSC receives I-129F

08 Feb 2009 - NOA1 hard-copy received via USPS

08 Feb 2009 - "Touch"

25 Mar 2009 - NOA2 approved/sent by USCIS - CSC

30 Mar 2009 - NOA2 hard-copy received via USPS

06 Apr 2009 - Case received by NVC

07 Apr 2009 - Case sent to Frankfurt consulate

14 Apr 2009 - Frankfurt consulate received

15 Apr 2009 - Frankfurt consulate mails Packet 3

16 Apr 2009 - Packet 3 received

20 Apr 2009 - Packet 3 sent back to Frankfurt consulate

28 Apr 2009 - Packet 4 received

26 May 2009 - Medical interview

29 May 2009 - Interview at consulate - APPROVED

04 Jun 2009 - Visa received from consulate

20 Jun 2009 - POE in Chicago

08 Jul 2009 - Marriage

31 Jul 2009 - Mailed AOS, EAD, AP applications

02 Aug 2009 - Confirmation of receipt for AOS, EAD, AP

06 Aug 2009 - NOA for AOS, EAD, AP

11 Sep 2009 - Biometrics Appt.
