To Whom This May Concern:

My name is Amour [Last name] and I am filing the I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, for my dear husband Cristian [Last Name] whom I married lawfully in the city and country, Bogota, Colombia on January 26th, 2009.

Included in this package, per instructions, is the following:

Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, completed and signed by me, the petitioner, Amour [Last name].

One copy of my, the petitioner, Amour [Last name]’s birth certificate certifying that I was born in [City], [County], [state], USA, by parents Skylar [Last name] and Susan [Last name].

One copy of marriage certificate from Bogota, Colombia, certifying my marriage to Cristian [Last name], translated and apostilled for use in the USA.

Form G-325A, Biographic Information, completed (all four pages) and signed by me, the petitioner, Amour [Last name].

One passport size photo of myself, the petitioner, Amour [Last name], with name written in black ink on the back, inside small plastic bag attached to the G-325A concerning myself.

Form G-325A, Biographic Information, completed (all four pages) and signed by my husband, the alien relative, Cristian [Last name].

One passport size photo of my husband, the alien relative, Cristian [Last name], with name written in black ink on the back, inside small plastic bag.

Photocopy of shared bank cards showing co-mingling of financial resources.

Affidavits of sworn third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of my, the petitioner, Amour [Last name]’s lawful marriage to my husband, the alien relative, Cristian [Last name]. Their names and relationship to myself are as follows:

Skylar [Last name] – Father

Susan [Last name] – Mother

Vera [Last name] – Maternal Grandmother

Gonzalo [Last name]– Father-In-Law

Martha [Last name] – Sister-In-Law

Alejandro [Last name] – Uncle-In-Law

Barbara [Last name] PhD – Psychologist

Photocopy of letter from Social Security Administration confirming the change of my, the petitioner, Amour [Last name]’s name from Amour [Last name] to Amour [Last name (the new one)].

Payment in the form of a money order for the amount of $355 US dollars addressed to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
