Hello

We just sent in our stuff last week , I will keep you posted on how it goes, I know that once you file it can take awhile, but you do get something temporary that is good for up to a year until everything is finalized.

To Blessed to be stressed:) I realize that all things have a purpose and a time.....have faith and the Lord Almighty will provide... when the time is right, he NEVER fails!

Moon,

My SO is not from Nigeria. However, regarding preparing to lift conditions I suggest that you begin getting your supporting documents in place. Start with little things such as: placing your SO's name on some of your household bills (cable, utility, etc.) Open a joint bank account. Be sure to start taking photos with the two of you engaging in various activities. The list can go on, and on. But the main thing for now is to start getting your necessary documents in place by simply having a paper trail showing a joint relationship. My husband and I were chosen for an interview. I do not now if that's the norm or not. However, our interview was very easy. As a matter of fact, we were overprepared.

As I think of more info., I will let you know.

Good luck boo boo on Removal of conditions :thumbs: I was just saying to hubby earlier that , it is time for us to start preparing the documents as we will file the beginning of May. We had an AOS interview, so I am hoping we will surpass the Removal of conditions interview....I do not know but, we will see. We are getting our a game ready for removal of conditions.

Sorry, but I misspoke. My husband and I had an interview for the AOS not the ROC. Nevertheless, the information I gave you earlier applies to the ROC as well. :star:
