I tried checking my case status online but it says they havent found the case or something like that. My husband called the costumer service and they said it takes 30 days to be on their online system. I dont think that's true. What can I do??? I want to see if it's been touched or just the status!!

There isn't much you can do until your case gets loaded into the system. Keep checking the system, if 30 days have passed then call USCIS and try to get a supervisor on the phone.

I bet you got number off of back of check??? If so, The last number is to be rounded up by one digit 2 becomes a 3.

Try 66 for the last 2 numbers.

My Noa1 was dated March 2nd and I STILL am not in the system. I call USCIS all the time and get a big run around. It is frustrating to not be able to check your case online.

That is strange how some get in the system faster then other. I got my NOA 1 today, and its already in their systems as of 03/12/09 and touched today. I hope your both in their real soon.
