I just got my I-797C approval notice. It says the above petition has been approved. So what comes next, they said they sent a copy to our lawyer. Not sure what happens next so if anyone knows let me in on it.

Thanks

Ganga,

Im sorry, I thought you already had your hubby here.

You alredy got a link to the flowchart, its a great way to familiarize yourself with the "step by step"

Were both approved, or just the k3?

good luck

just wanted to say that you should make your lawyer work for that fee and ask him to take you thru the step by step after you have read the guides and flowcharts

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Girl I have no idea what is going on, my husband hired the lawyer and handles most of all the paper work, I just sign things. This is just perfect, I see my husband coming right about the time of my last internship. I will be so happy when this whole thing is over. Thanks for helping me out, I did check that flow chart and it helped, we have been waiting since April of 08, and just now we get the approval, so it has been almost a year just waiting for the approval, I wonder if it will be another year just for the rest of the process.

awww, Im sorry you have waited soooo long. (F)

actually after the uscis hell wait is over, it does go quicker and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. At least its not constant limbo land.

Good luck and if you need anything.. :)
