I haven't heard anything yet, I called the nice call center people, of course they never know anything, she said I have another 40 days of waiting, if 40 days pass and I don't hear anything, call back and they will put in a service request... I give up on waiting.. I'm gonna stop calling and stop checking my email, I'll just wait until I get a notice in the mail or until my attorney calls me.

Thank you, same here, I hope we all get good news soon.

FYI I sent my I-765 back on November and it was never touched, no updates, nothing. I called the service center and no one knew anything and I was passed the date they were supposed to be working on.

Suddently one day I got home after having a crappy day at work, and there it was my EAC wating at the mailbox for me. So don't worry they are not very efficient on updating the system. I know it is frustrating, because you have no contron over this kind of things. I won't even ask you to relax or to don't think of it, just remember you are not the only one and we are hundreds if not thousands of people going through the same.... and if something goes wrong we still be here, to find a way to fix it. :D

Hey carla, is it your third prima facie for the combined cases or is it your third prima facie overall. My 3rd primafacie is good for 60 days only, not 180 days.

This is my 3rd prima facie for the I-360 that was sent on March, 2008, it is good until September of this year.
