vsc is now doing april 20, csc 6 month proccesing ...im at csc i believe i will be holding my gc soon THEY ARE MOVING THANK GOD

ok, it actually said "Service Center Processing Dates for Vermont Service Center as of: January 31, 2009", it's doing April 20, 2008. So what had VSC been doing in the past 1 and a half months from 2/1/2009 to 3/15/2009? They should be doing late April and May 08 cases, but we have not heard any of those approvals.

I don't understand why they can't update their processing times more often. It is very frustrating to check on them and they show the same thing. At least we are all moving closer to getting the 10 year GC. Hopefully, we will receive it by the end of the year. Good luck to all on your journey.

hmm... I thought VSC had pawned out all June-October 08 cases to CSC. :innocent:

I would like to think that VSC better be working on Nov 08 cases by now <_<

actually you have a point... but I still don't know why people in Jan til April are still waiting then.... even if they had not transferred any cases, what about those people before that! I am trying to decide when that 60day window starts for me to call and find out about my case, b/c i am obviously outside their processing window as of Jan 31st.

I don't know why it always says "processing times as of:" and a date about 2 months ago. I think what it really means is that what the processing times are NOW. It's clear that VSC just started on April cases so showing that it's "as of January 31st" is clearly wrong. Anyone esle noticed the same?

I do agree w/ you, thats why I am trying to decide excatly when my 60 day period outside of the processing time is, i don't want to call and be told to call back, i really have no time to call just to hear that. They should now at least as of the last few days what date they are processing.

I was going to make the same point. Why did they transfer cases to CSC later than ones that are still waiting at VSC, unless they were planning on hurrying the heck up. The disparity between the two locations is really annoying, especially as people start getting approved below me on the VSC Status List.

HUH! WOW! NOT SO SURE WHO/WHAT TO BELIEVE.

What about all those April and May 08 filers on the forum which haven't heard a word from VSC yet?!

I think they're saying about CSC. Sounds like it. VSC?! Not possible! Anyone else got the same feeling?

Could you please kindly tell us how did you get to talk to a real officer instead of those front line people who answer the phone? I would like to hear that myself.

May be VSC did really pawned out Nov 08 cases to CSC as well, so VSC jumped to Dec 08 from April 08.
