VSC announces 6 month processing time for I-129F

they told me that i have to be past the 6 month time line that is posted on the USICS web site. and then when i am over that time by a month then they will look into it

WTH ?!!! I find it so annoying that some congressmen/women are willing to help and the others are just simply waste of space

I called USCIS, checked on the status of the petition, and then I selected option 3 (I think that is it) to report a problem. I was then able to speak with a customer service representative to report that our petition is outside of processing times. I hope this information helps.

Thanks for that. I'll give it a try but I have a bad feeling that it won't help me since I'm still within RFE waiting time of 60 days.
