Hi,

Has anyone had experience with making InfoPass appointment for the Atlanta Field office?

I tried to make the appointment via USCIS online but always receiving the message "there are no appointment available at this time...", etc...

Beside InfoPass, anyone has a way to contact this office? Should I write to my Congressman or Senator (I'm from Alabama, Talladega County) or what should I do?

Please help. Thanks.

PS: I passed the interview more than 2 months ago with the IO named Ms. Mehta but haven't received the Oath Letter. Any contact to this office, attn to Ms. Mehta, was replied with the box "we will notify you when making a decision..." checked and no detailed info.

I had the same issue in Dec. We had to finally drive to Jacksonville for an appointment.

I tried emailing an email address that was online. I got a responce, but it was a ####### responce and no help at all.

Keep trying for an appoitment or go to another city like we had to.

Hello,

I've had the same experience but I was able to make an appointment, my suggestion is to continue to try making an appointment on the website... I tried for around 3 days and in one of those oportunitinies it let me get one... or you can drive to another location, but they might not have the information from your case. Good luck!

Hi Sweet_Peach,

did the Jacksonville office has your Atlanta case info when you got there? was your case also involved the N-400 or interview like mine?

I don't mind going to another office but I don't know if they would have my case info.

Also when you filed out the InfoPass to go to another office, did you put in your Zip Code or the Zip Code of that office?

Please advise. Thanks.
