Sent in additional evidence on 7/21/08

Recieved a letter from DHS Atlanta on 7/21/08

Recieved more papers from CDC on 8/11/08 for my husband to get counseling when he returns

Overnighted package to CDC Atlanta on 9/9/08

Recieved a letter from CDC that they have forwarded my case back to DHS for review on 9/20/08

I sent in a new letter about how life's been without hubby to DHS with some pictures of us on 9/29/08

My senators office is going to check on my case on 10/16/08

On 12/9/08 I recieved a response from Lugars office saying that the waivers are taking 13 to 15 months for an answer and they hope to have an answer for us by August 2009!!!

On 1/21/09 I went to the doctor to find out I have PCOS. On 1/23/09 the doctor called and told me that my Thyroid levels are high and I'm taking 4 meds. I'm going to get my records from the doc and start a new letter to send to CDJ

I sent off my new HSL on 2/25/09.
