question about DS 230 item # 29

hey guys, just want to fill out the form ds 230, on item # 29, it asked for "petitioner's address and phone number, is it the "petitioner" for DS 230 which is the beneficiary (my husband in canada) for CR1 or the "petitioner" for the CR1 which is me, the US citizen?

sorry, to some this question prob sounds stupid but i'm trying to fill out the correct info...

petitioner is the US citizen. beneficiary is the person in the foreign country.

Hi super and welcome to VJ!

Doesn't sound stupid at all! It is actually your Name and Address etc they want there as you are the petitioner.

Since you are filling out forms, you might find some of the sample forms here on VJ helpful
