were just waiting for that letter to arrive so we can set up interview and have a medical...y it take so long, does anyone here dont have letter yet? OMG, every second hurts were not together for so long what do u do guys or preparing as of getting interview schedule and medical? r u preparing somethings? like documents? or anything that can help?

wait this week....ul get it this week...we got approve feb 19 and i got letter march 11...goodluck

do you have your manila case # already? if so, you can already set for an interview.

one question, did you call the NVC if your papers were already forwarded to USEM?

if yes, go and call USEM to have your interview schedule.

if yes, go and call USEM to have your interview schedule.

Dnt have medical and interview yet cuz of the police clearance that needed from the country ive been....trying to get everything before the interview...maybe as soon as i have the police clearance from the places ive been...like japan and korea..6 weeks before the releasing of the pc..same country...

Don't wait for the usem letter to arrive before you schedule your interview and go for your medical....as long as u have your case # and mnl# go ahead and make an interview appointment. When you have the email confirmation for your interview go for your medical already, present that email and the scanned copy of your noa2(petitioner's letter with mnl#)

I had my interview march 11 and when i got home after the interview it was only then that the DHL delivered the usem letter telling me to go ahead and schedule my appointment and go for medical. Don't waste time anymore...

hi, i heard its air21? is it the same with dhl? we only have a copy of noa2, noa2 is on our atty and that is y we would like to get letter and show it to attorney so we can cancel attorney...is noa2 copy allowed so we can start medical sooner than later? also schedule interview?

my usem letter was delivered by DHL and my passport with k1 visa was delivered by air21.

Yes as long as you have your manila case # and if your documents are already with the usem you can go ahead and call up the call center and schedule your interview.

I think it would be too late to cancel your lawyer...just do not get a lawyer anymore for your change of status.

Ok, I'm getting conflicting information....

I had read and been told by people that my wife needs the USEM letter in order to go take her Medical Exam at SLEC.

I have already received the email from NVC stating that she has her interview scheduled at the USEM on April 15th. And she wants to go take the Medical Exam on March 23rd. But now she's getting worried because she has not gotten the USEM letter in the mail yet.

So Yes or No, can she just print the NVC email appoitment letter and take it to SLEC for her Medical Examination??

You will just need to wait. We received our NOA2 on Feb 10 and I got the letter from the USEm on Feb26. It usually takes 2 weeks. Good luck!

That i'm not sure coz you are doing the cr1 route unlike what i did was the K1 and we are the ones who needs to call for the interview appointment unlike for your situation you are already given an interview date.
