How long is Vietnam Police Certificate still good?

Hi every one,

I just want to make sure what I knowledge about Vietnam Police Certificate "LY LICH TU PHAP" validity period that will be good to use in 12 months. Is there any change or different information about this? Can you show me any link info where I can read?

02/25/2009: Case completed

03/09/2009: Appointment letter by email

03/12/2009: Case forward to HCMC
