I haven't sent out the DS3032 (Choice of agent) as it hasn't been generated yet...

Should I just send it out?

You already have your case number.. There is no harm trying.. :innocent:

Georgina - I do hope so.. I will try to check the AVR system after midnight..

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

Not yet.. I am thinking to schedule a K3 interview once our case is complete.. I am just guessing that it would just be 2 weeks difference between K3 and CR1 interview so I might just wait for the CR1.. Still undecided though.

I had one really nice rep at NVC tell me that the K visa paperwork is usually in and out of there in 72 hours. She saID THEY ARE FAST. So what happened to my files.

I just had a fight with my husband. He is a hard headed LATIN man UGHHHHHHHHHH.

Jenn, I always get upset so easily during the USCIS stage. I guess it is just the whole process and not being together thingy.. Just hang in there.. This immigration roller coaster ride would eventually make your relationship stronger afterwards.. (F)

I agree :) saying sorry always works for me and hubby. I used to hold back my sorries and be all about pride. Now that I am older, I realize life is too short for drama and saying sorry is one of the nicest thing I can do in the name of love :luv: Of course he says sorry too.

We received a copy of AOS/IV bill e-mail which NVC sent to our former lawyer. We used that to pay the bills eventhough the NVC system didn't accept my DS3032 or request for lawyer termination yet.. :P After all the packages were sent and received, the e-mail saying that the lawyer is no longer our representative was sent to us.. That is how their e-mail system works..

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

i finally decided to go with k3 process. i cant wait anymore and just getting irritated. i just cant stand waiting around. too much stress. my husband and i did the pros and cons of k3 vs cr1 this weekend and cr1 is so simple and k3 is so much more complicated but had wayyyy more pros. in my situation, my employer wants me out cuz he's such a douche so k3 it is. i'm looking forward to the 3 months or so of not working. it sucks not to make money but at this point all i care about is joining my husband. the long distance thing is getting really old.

P.S. I am loving that hug and run thing :P

Thank you ... I'm glad somebody thought it was cute

Isn't it so frustrating. Here we all were, desperately waiting for approvals and now that we finally have them ... more problems on everybody's plate.

Ladies (and Que) ... all I can say tonight is remember that "together" (I was late to the party) you all made it this far as a team. When I came to this little group, I was so impressed and touched by the support system you all had here. This "team" is still here, and I am encouraged to see all the continued warmth and support for one another.

What I'm trying to say is ... that even though many of us are facing another challenge through this immigration ####### ... we WILL make it!

I believe in each and every one of you. From missing cases to AP's ... each one of us WILL make it through this.

Be strong my friends. {HUGE HUGS} ALL AROUND! ... in all of our futures, we will be with the ones we love (F)

i have to say i still feel greatful that everything has been ok @ my part. (except for the part my cr1 process have been weird and delayed.. so i decided to abandon that as i got sent the DS3032 twice and considered what other weird stuff comes up before I pay any CR1 fees & thought about the agony). Others have a tougher situation as i do cuz you guys probably do not see your partner all the time. But im impressed at how well everyone are posting all the time and keeping up with everyone. i know i dont post all that much compared to others but all your comments have helped me educate myself in the whole process and make the best decision (at least i think i am making the best decision.lol)
