Finally contacted USCIS and just like I suspected - their response "Yes, you are out of normal processing times but with your reply to the RFE on February 2nd the adjudicators still have 14 days to respond to your RFE." I knew he would say that.

Such a bunch of BS. Nice enough guy on the phone but not really what i wanted to hear. Formulating letters to my senator/congress representative this weekend. Tired of the sit back & wait garbage

Well on a brighter note Family in Bombay will be happy to hear the news

Family in Bombay were a little disappointed when they heard that I would not be persuing the K3 and hence not making a trip to India around April as initially planned....

Oh I'm so happy today is my 10th month wedding aniversary, an dI'm here alone to celebrate, hehehe

What a wonderful gift I just got in my email inbox...

my DS-3220 and AOS bills, isn't that great!!

guess I have lots to do this weekend to get things together and ready to send and get my SO to gather his info to send me so we don't delay this any further....

I am beyond needing luck... I need a miracle

I will have to create a new SN on Yahoo! because my old one is with my previous last name. EW I think Lisa like Yahoo better anyway. I know Caroline uses Wndows Live to chat with her husband. We will get it all together. No worries....

So what are you gonna do about your situation here? Why don't you go to India and just get the K-3. You can fly here as soon as you get your visa. an you have been married 3 years..... doesn't that make it an automatic 10 GC? I could be wrong....

I told hubby last night maybe all the NVC BS is a sign that we should persue the K3

Bombay consulate are so helpful they get back to you with information right away.

I was trying to avoid taking time off work, getting a Visa for India and the additional cost of an air ticket to India...but NVC is making me reconsider.

I am eligible for a 10 GC that is why I wanted to stick to the IR1 process.

Oh well...pcaket 3 will be on it's way to Bombay on Monday unless miraculously our DS3032 gets generated over the weekend.

I say take whatever you can get the fastest..... but thats me

I can't help but notice your negativity. I'm thinking your negativity might be affecting your luck. Have you tried prayer dear? Everything is possible with the Lord... Now I know I shouldn't be suggesting this, and some might even find it a little blasphemous, but a friend of mine turned me onto a secret. She's into that "alternative" stuff that I normally wouldn't go for...but she insisted it might help. I was so desperate to speed things up that I admit, I sold my sold to the devil ha ha and tried it. She gave me a little piece of moss and told me to wear it against my skin and that it would bring me luck. Something to do with the numbers of my name and my day of birth. Do you have moss where you're from? Maybe it's worth a shot. If not, I'm sure your husband can send you some from Costa Rica. There are lots of jungles there I'm sure!

At last, after all struggling with USPS and the false RFE has my file been complete at NVC. Earlier, I had a K3 interview February 19, but I thought that would quickly go through the NVC, but not.

Anyway, now I'm on the right track again, I know the embassy in Stockholm has few display cases, so I hope now NVC last step is fast, so I can get this Vis process over for this time.

Mayra - Pay the AOS Bill today, using your bank account, the payment will reflect as paid by eod monday, don't send a check or money order. Email the DS-3032 from the beneficiaries address, the format of the email is listed in the VJ Wiki. Meanwhile you can get the hardcopy of the DS-3032 ready. This should help you save a couple of days.

Im at 11 days today not counting weekends They get so nasty when you ask if you have a cas enumber yet.... YOU NEED TO WAIT 90 DAYS they say
