I called NVC and finally spoke to a really nice rep...I didn't get a lot of information, but I didn't get attitude either

Anyways she told me that once a file is placed in the system they are then processed again to verify if all the information was correctly input in the system. I was told the verification on my file was completed on 03/16 and I should be receiving DS 3032 & AOS bill in the next day or two...

I think I got the AOS bill about 2 weeks after approval, it may have been 2 and a half...its coming

I am counting on Lucky Thursday to work in my favor....That would make it 2 weeks to approval date.

I totally understand about you taking a break and chillin after this crazy run around....

Everyone else, wishing u luck, myself included. AOS/IV fee bill still not paid!! I am about to call the secretary and get yelled at most likely cz I sent 2 emails and so far no response!! I want to give my lawyer the benefit of the doubt and say he is away at court and won't be in till afternoon. But I can't resist. Off to make that phone call! I wish I could pay it! How I hate middle men!

Hopefully your lawyers pays the bill today...that way you can have the AOS mailed before weeks end.

I did nag nag nag lol and left the secretary 2 voicemails. At some point he sent me an email saying he will review the docs and get back to me. What is there to reviewwwwwwww??? I want the bills paid TODAY!!!

I got my AOS bill and DS-3032 back on February 27th ... but since we are going K3, I don't need them and they are just sitting in my file ...

I'm kinda burned out right now between working 70+ hours a week plus being stuck in AP, probably for at least another month, so there's nothing much to get excited about with my case

The long hours and hard work will pay off soon. Today is day 10 since we got to NVC hopefully we get DS3032 soon...It looks like yours took 10 days too.

Finally got the AOS/IV bills paid around 4 p.m. One less thing to worry about. I can go to sleep with a peaceful mind for a change until the madness of getting all the docs in and waiting for case review begins. Hubby and I spent all afternoon reviewing all docs and everything we need. Our bill should show paid in the NVC system in 3 days so I am assuming come Monday we should be able to send the docs in. But I am sure it will be delayed cz my lawyer will take longer than us to get things done!! I will be happy if everything is at NVC by EOM and there are no RFEs....still hoping to land that May interview.

I am going to bed early tonite since I didn't get to sleep till 2:00 a.m. last nite from that last minute excitement.
