am so confused roght now. my k1 visa interview at the lagos consulate is on thursday the 19th and the 2008 tax my fiance file wont be ready until next week after the interview. am so confused. is this going to be a problem?? please i need information..thanks!
Have your finance fax or scan you what ever he has. Mainly W2s and the form he's going to file. Doesn't have to have been filed to IRS yet.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

WOW! thanks all, this ia such a relief cos i was worried. so that means i should go with his 2005-2007 tax?? he was still in school in 2005 so he didnt make dat much that year but in 2006 and 2007 he made more than enough money. is this ok??? pls i need a reply..thanks

How many years of tax returns do you need?

Consulate : Bogota, Colombia

Marriage : 2009-05-20

I-130 Sent : 2009-06-01

I-130 NOA1 : 2009-06-08

Since filing Deadline is April 15. He does not have to show 2008 Tax Return.

You can take 2006 & 2007 Tax Returs & 2008 W-2's with you. They will be enough.

FYI, W-2 is also an official document which shows gross income from that particular company.
