You most likely are just gonna have to wait for them to process it. Have you checked online to see the projected completion date?? I went through the Vermont Service Center and it took them 9 months to get it through and I didnt have any mess-ups or anything. Good luck, the USCIS is the worst part of it all.

We were in the same situation with our I-130 petition. We reached 7 months on our NOA-1 and still nothing from USCIS and tried contacting them to do a request for info which was a waste of time. I then contacted my congressman and told them it was outside the 6 moth window and his office contacted USCIS for us and that same afternoon we received an Email from USCIS with our NOA-2. So I would suggest doing the same contact your district Congressman and have them call USCIS to lite a fire there. Good Luck and hopefully you get the same response we did.

Contact your congressman and senators offices. They can put in inquiries for you, to get a status from USCIS. Speaking to anyone at USCIS will be useless.

All, I really appreciate your responses. I'll contact USCIS and my elected officials.
