im going to send the income tax return were married last dec.31 2008. from what year do we need to send the income tax return to fr year 2005-2007 0r from year 2006-2008? just want to make sure guys..another bothering me is the travel document application says that it expires on feb.28,2009.guys is there any new application for the travel doc/ for 2009? or can i still send the old one? pls let me knoe guys...thanks a lot

The instructions for the I-864 (Affidavit of Support) say: "You must provide either an IRS transcript or a photocopy from your own records of your Federal individual income tax return for the most recent tax year." (Most recent is now 2008 Tax Year).

Just sent the most recent one. I filed AOS last week. I just sent the 2007 since my husband just filed the 2008 and we are still waiting for a copy.

i mean the I 131 doc.its ays above that it expires feb 28 2009. can i still send it?

I sent our AOS on Feb.18th and I included our 2008 tax return, my worry is that her vaccinations from her K-1 are almost 1 year.
