Well my fiance had his interview today. They didn't keep his passport and gave him a letter saying that its Administrative Processing. In 1-3 week they will send him a paper and then he sends back his passport. We don't understand whats going on? Is he approved or denied? We been reading lots of peoples stories and they wait so long, and i don't know if they even get there visas. Can anybody help us to understand all this and comfort us in our grieving time of need?

Hello, basically it is what they said...Administrative Processing. Some people they keep their passports, others have to send them in when it is almost time to print the visa. In Mena it is standard for a lot of men to go through this. They run his name through different FBI checks and so forth and it can take a little time or a long time. You will hear something eventually but just to let you know Cairo go in spurts with their speed. Good luck and God bless you on the rest of this journey.

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

He isn't denied. If that were the case, the CO would have stopped the interview right there and then. For now, you are just playing the waiting game. You can e mail the Embassy bi-weekly as well as call DOS for any updates / progress being made on your case.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
