NOA2 Approved!!

Ok... I just got a letter in the mail Thrusday that the NOA2 section was done and approved and was getting mailed to the NVC center to do whatever it needs to be done.

I have called the NVC center today.... i know it to early but just checking on the case number that you guys are talking about on the forum.

So im sure after couple more days later I should be able to get the case number MNLXXXXXXXXXXX.

My question is.... what else do i need to do???

Some people saying they doing sending form and stuff to nvc..... and others havent said anything. Please help...

Also:

(K-1 visa)

I'm about to mail fiance'e in manila the 2nd set of the I-129F packet including:

original picture (w/ date codes)

invoices (orginal)

I134, my W2 from 2006-2008 and W4 2007/2008

signed letter from my job saying my pay and position and lenght.

all that should be good for interview? (she has other stuff like letters, gift, and chat)

Call in two or three business days. Prepare your USCIS case number, your full names and dates of birth as security check and the NVC will provide you if they have received your case and the current status.

Classify your documents according to:

Your vital statistics records: BC and divorce certs if applicable

Letter of intent to marry the beneficiary

Affidavit of Support: I134, employer certification in company letterhead stating income, status and length of employment, tax transcripts or 1040 of the most recent year.

Evidence of meeting prior to filing: passport stamps, tickets, boarding passes, pics together with time stamps

Evidence of ongoing relationship: Pics, emails, letters, cards, flower order receipts, money remittances, phone bills and chat transcripts

congratz on the NOA-2 and it normally is a couple days for NVC to receive it from the service center. Welcome to NVC now the work starts.

By the time I got my NOA2 in the mail, my case was already forwarded to Manila and I got my case number right then. Ask them when the case left for Manila, then wait about 1 week to 10 days before you call the Embassy to schedule the interview (if your other half is ready for that) because it will take about that long for them to get it and enter it into the system. It takes a while for the Beneficiary to receive the snail mail from Manila but you don't need to wait for that if you don't want to.
