Congratulations, Wenche! :D

We got our NOA1 today! A small step in the process, but feels good. :)

Thanks,..Congrats on getting your NOA1 !! Every step in the process feels awesome.. it's one step closer to be with your loved one.

Seem like things are moving really fast now. Booked the medical and x-rays today. Booked flight and hotel for the stay in Stockholm. Ended up paying NOK 1300 all together. Had quite a few SAS bonus points so only paid fees for the flight.. NOK 343. Found a reasonable priced hotel not far from the Embassy. Hoping I'll be able to move and finally be with my hubby early/mid November.

Congrats! :D

Thanks

Congrats! Remember I was also excited of every little step of the way! :D

In general the K1 visa process is a lot faster than the CR1 process.. It's been 10 months since our visajourney started, by the time I move it will be almost 1 year. But every little step is a victory and truly joyful and exciting.

Yeah I know that.

We are adjusting now so still in process so still excited over any little thing. Especially when EAD comes not for work but for DL!...

But it's all good people pick the visa there fits best with there situation. None of them are easy and it's great to share every little joy with others in the process :)

Hello,

I have a question about the I-864 form.

We are going to marry on the 22. of november and I have my K1 visa issued and my flight booked so that is all well.

I am just planning ahead of the adjustment of status package.

My question is, my girlffriend do have a job and she is earning way more a year than the minimum requirements for a two person household,

which is what we have, or will have, tihi. Her income on the last year tax return is a little weak though as she was traveling a lot, including spending more than 3

months in Norway with me. But she is more than qualified for being my sponsor income wise. So my question is; We do have a joint sponsor in hand, but do you

think that would be necessary to send with a I-864 for the joint sponsor since she already have good enough income? She have a contract confirming her salary,

and she have her monthly pay stubs and can also have her manager write her an letter confirming her employment.

Looking forward to hear from you!

Regards

Petter

She will be fine especially with all that evidence for her income :)
