Thank you!! I'm moving on April 3, so two more weeks here. I have a little bit less to finish up though since I've been back home with my parents a couple or months now to kind of make up for the time I will be spending far far away Pretty much only have to work my final days and pack my bags.

I will be moving monday a week.

So i´m in the last steps of packing.

I've been living with my parents since June last year, since we had assumed the visa would be issued around August 2015 (the one year mark). All my stuff has been packed in boxes and suitcases for almost ten months now, so gonna be sooooo nice to unpack and not live out of a suitcase anymore. Still, there's a lot to finish with bank accounts, fixing cargo, insurance in the US, prepare for driver's license in the US, cancel all the Swedish insurance and all those membership cards one have everywhere, sell my car.... Trying to finish my Swedish and Danish tax returns before I move as well.

I'm flying out two days after you, on April 5th. Are you getting nervous yet? For some reason, I am getting super nervous and worried that they're gonna deny me entry when I get to the US. So silly. What will be your POE?

So close now. What will be your POE? I usually fly through Newark but they didn't have any bonus trips through Newark now in April so I'll be doing POE at Dulles. It has some good reviews, so will hopefully be fairly smooth.

Thanks for your answer. my husband paid the fee and I doubt if he had printed the page . He said we received an email saying we have paid the fee and that is enough.

yes I wanted to track the green card, since I have been through lots of delay in this NVC/USCIS things so I am addicted to track numbers morning and night.

I hope you have safe trip to USA and an honorable admission by the officers there, it feels good when they say "welcome home"

When you paid the green card fee online, you got to a confirmation page that said "congratulations you successfully submitted an immigrant fee payment". You were supposed to print or save that confirmation page, as it had your UCSIS receipt number for the payment. It says on it that that's the only receipt you get, so I don't think you can get the receipt number elsewhere. Doubt you need it for anything though, unless you really wanna track your green card. Says it takes about 60 days to get the green card from the time you enter the US (or pay the green card fee if you pay it after POE).

I haven't even thought about canceling membership cards since they are all free ones, but maybe I should. Thank you for getting me to think about it! Yeah, unpacking and having a real home again is going to be amazing!

I'm back and forth on the nervous - mostly I'm excited but then I'll get nervous there is going to be some silly issue at the POE. I'm entering through JFK and the reviews look fine so I'm really also being silly worrying for nothing I'm sure you will be fine!

Now it's less than a week until I move over to my husband, yayyyy. And for some stupid reason, I still worry that I'm gonna get to the border and CBP is gonna tell me "sorry, they made a mistake so your visa's cancelled". Who knew POE would feel worse than the actual interview?!
