What e-mail address are you guys using, because I don't understand you didn't get the standard e-mail back with we received you e-mail and will get back to you as soon as possible or something like that. I got that.

The stkiv email address is the one that goes straight to the visa unit at the US embassy, so that's the one to use once your case has been forwarded to the embassy.

The support one at ustraveldocs is to a customer service center in the US. They will answer simple questions they can see answers to on their screens, such as e.g have you received our case. For anything else, they will either forward your email to the visa unit at the embassy, contact the embassy for you or tell you to contact the embassy directly.

Yes, I agree it's weird. Not in spam (I wish it was though), I keep checking.

When I emailed them feb 2nd they said "We have received your case, and as soon as we have reviewed it, we will send a checklist and instructions how to schedule your appointment", so what can I really do but wait?
