So from my understanding you didn't get approved at your interview bc of this issue too but a week later you got approved?

No, I got the 221g denial because of a problem with the employment letter. When I submitted an updated letter I got approved. My answer to item 11 was never brought up as a problem.

I submitted it about 1 hour after my interview, but it should say in your 221g letter that you have 1 year to do it. I did ask for a confirmation that the letter was ok in the email, and I got that confirmation a few hours later.

After that I got no feedback except through CEAC which danced between Administrative Processing and Ready for a few days until Tuesday when it changed to "Issued" :)

Remember though that if you submit a new I-134 it probably has to be a "wet signature" version, not just submitted through email (unless they state otherwise in the 221g letter).

Cheers.

Yes it has to be a wet signature. So it's going to take longer for her to get the visa. I think

I have another question :)

In the K1 visa package I will have to show ongoing proof. Among other things I have printed out som pages of conversation via iMessage

but they are like really about nothing interesting like our future life or anything since we talk everyday on facetime we talk about stuff there and just message each other through the day like how the day have been and so on.

I'm nervous that these conversations won't be good enough.

Do you have a way of printing out the FaceTime call log? If you can that would be good edivence

Thanks,

We're going to provide yet another log of Skype calls in the time period from when we filed the petition and as close to the interview as possible. We're also going to provide yet another Facebook message history in the same time period as above, ours is nothing exciting either but we make sure to add messages with "I love yous" and such to show we're still committed to each other.

Our Visa Journey (L) (See our Immigration timeline for a very detailed K-1 and AOS process)

08/17/2015 - I-129F petition/packet sent off
12/17/2015 - Visa Interview in Sweden. We're APPROVED!!!
01/14/2016 - P.O.E. @ Newark International Airport
03/21/2016 - Got married @ town hall
03/22/2016 - AOS, EAD, AP packet sent off
08/03/2016 - Became a Conditional Permanent Resident
05/07/2018 - ROC packet sent off

06/12/2019 - ROC approved (no RFE, no transfer, no interview)

Okay thank you. we have miss you and love you too and stuff like that just not any future plans. But guess we can work on that till the interview if we get approved. Facetime just don't have logs of calls :-/

We don't really have any "future planning" included either. That's mostly something we talk about on Skype or whatnot. However we do have messages where we state our excitement for being married to each other but that's basically it :)

How about starting to use Skype just up until the interview?

I don't think they're really that picky about if you have future plans in there or not. I think we just sent a few "I miss you" and just general conversations.

Okay I'm glad :) we have spend lots of time together and have lots of other evidence just not for that part.

the only thing I can see is we have been looking at houses we want to buy but mostly we just sent links to the houses.

I those posts mentions "houses" or "looking at houses" etc and one link doesn't take up one page I'd definitely include a page of that.

Tip is to get an app called Line, they have call logs and you can export chat history. Made my evidence collecting a lot easier.
