What is the Wait time for RFE?

If responeded to an RFE with overnight mail to CSC with all the proper documents requested, How long will it take to hear back from them? Rough estimate please!

According to the interview with the former service center employee in the Wiki, they MAY rework your case right away. The guys and gals at the service centers have to meet certain production metrics as part of their employee evaluations, so they have an incentive not to let things just sit on their desks. Hopefully, that will be your case .

They are usually pretty good on the return time - but they have up to 60 days (or longer - as they see fit) to continue on with your case.

just keep track of your touches - that will tell you when they do something. (like filing your RFE)

I just sent Overnight Certified Mail with all the proper documents. Now we will see how long this waiting game will take!
