Hi guys!I will be with my fiance again next month, makes me so excited!!!We are looking forward for our NOA2 next month. Just soliciting your opinion fellow members-we are thinking, if he is going to bring with him the copy of the whole package of I129 he sent, cuz he will send the same later on..what else guys can you recommend that he needs to bring with me as part of the interview requirements later?or any preparations that we need to do? Thank you so much for any inputs!

You do not have a timeline created which I would recommend you do. If the NOA2 is expected next month any telephone logs, receipts for engagement rings, tax returns, etc that will help in the proof of relationship would be great to bring over at this time. It is a little early for the I-134 potentially

We are applying for K1 visa. I took the following to my fiance in person about 1 month prior to receiving the NOA2.

DS-156

DS-156K

DS-157

Notorized I-134 (including 2 years of income tax returns and W2's)

New signed fiance letter of intent (for me and her)

Employment letter from my employer

Bank letter showing 1 years worth of deposits and expenses (as part of I-134)

I hope this helps!

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date
