We just got our NOA1... i tried checking the status of the case online but it says somthing like they haven't "located" the case online, call the national service center costumer service.. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN THEN???

Marriage : 01-23-2009
I-130 Sent : 03-03-2009
I-130 NOA1 : 03-11-2009
I-130 Approved : 08-07-2009 (148 days)
Interview Date : 11-03-09 (YAAAAAAY!!!!!!)
Visa Received : 11-06-09
US Entry : 11-07-09
SSN: 11-19-09
Green Card: 11-24-09

Removing of Conditions
I-751 Sent: 8-15-2011
I-751 Delivered at CSC: 8-17-2011
I-751 NOA1: 8-17-2011
Early Biometrics: 10-12-2011 (Original Biometrics: 10-24-2011)

Give it a few more days for the case to get loaded into their online system.

I wouldn't worry - mine never appeared until the day I got approved! I got exactly the same message. It seems completely random...

My Nao1 was generated on March 2nd and till this day it still says my receipt number is not found. I have called them a dozen times and they say it is a technical glitch but they never seem to do anything about it. It is really frustrating when everyone else on here can check their status but I cannot. I know exactly how you feel.
