Can someone give some tips or advice as to how to approach my situation. I just came back from visitng my fiancee and she just informed me that she is pregnant. prior to me submitting the 129F should I create a separate letter disclosing that she is pregnant? or will this delay the processing time. your feed back, experiences, tips is greatly appreciated.

Filing a petition is a present tense action and there are no questions about pregnancy. If the child is born before she actually applies for a visa, the child is listed. Since it's your child, she/he will likely be entitled to US citizenship, so no visa.
