On February 5th recieved a letter stating our application was approved and ws being forwarded to NVC which would forward to Bogota. There were instructions which stated the following:

What should I do once the NVC has shipped my fiancé(e) or spouse’s case to Bogota? About a week after the NVC has physically sent your fiancé(e) or spouse’s case to Bogota, your fiancé(e) or spouse should download the Instructions Package for K visas from the IV Section of the Embassy’s website. In order for the IV Unit to schedule his/her final visa interview, your fiancé(e) or spouse must follow the instructions found in this package. As soon as your fiancé(e) or spouse has ALL required documents listed in the Instructions Package, he/she must complete and sign Forms DS-2100 and DS-230 Part 1 (Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration). Only submit these forms once, as sending additional copies will delay your case. If you include an email address on the Form DS-2100, the IV Unit will provide email receipt confirmation. The IV Unit cannot provide other forms of confirmation. Appointment scheduling: Once your fiancé(e) or spouse has completed these steps, the IV Unit

Can't find the form and it's been over a month and we called Bogota and they have not recieved the application package. I wrote an email to NVC but no responce to date which has been 4 days. Any experience or ideas??

I'm having the same problem... I can't find the 2100 nor the 230... and the link in the post is broken, it doesn't actually take me to a working page... it seems to contain dots that should not be there.

Please help.

I'm guessing it's the ds-2001? If that's the case then it's the "K visa I'm ready and have all my papers and documents" applicant readiness form. If your looking at the embassy info on Visa Journey please take the time to correct it : )
