I would just like to see the media and his followers (here on VJ too) have some critical thinking when it comes to Obama. Because they don't have any now.

critical (i.e. criticizing) thinking only applies when it's about republicans.

No it is about the amazing Republican ability to state with full seriousness "Yes we were in charge, but nothing that happened was our fault."

I'm an independent voter and my opinion of Obama is markedly lower now than before the election. Come to think of it...I wasn't exactly thrilled with him back then either.

It looks like the buyer's remorse is setting in among the electorate. It wasn't as if there weren't some signs as to where Obama was going, but with hardly any record to go on some people simply voted with their delusions. Bush's incompetence and the electorate's adversion to McCain was the perfect storm that got this guy in. Otherwise, prolly not. I see a one shot wonder for Obama and Republican gains in 2010 unless these clowns pull a magic rabbit out of their tin foil hats. Even GWB's daddy lost after the triumph of the Gulf War. I doubt Obama will have anything like that in 2012. Welcome back Carter! I'm having acid flashbacks to the 1970's.
