my fiancee has K-1 visa, she already had her medical exam before interview so does she need any additional vaccinations for POE or can we wait until after she arrives to have her receive the necessary vaccinations for AOS process. Also, 20 year old daughter needs only the first HPV vaccination for POE correct?

vaccinations requirements are for either the visa or adjustment of status... NOT the POE

YMMV

Do you have to pay for vaccinations in your home country? If not then get them done there because you will be paying for them here.
