got also some problem,do u think they are strict about the places you lived?because I worked and studied in different places like baguio and vigan city.but I did not permanently stayed there.I go home during day off,holidays,weekend.do u think I should put that all places and have police certificate in all that area?thanks in advance.help me please

I would write your residences here and there will prob be another question of the jobs you worked at. Its not unusual for someone to live one city work another. (the places your mail was registered)

i mean before I worked and studied at different places...but now, I am staying in our home..Pardon me but I cant imagine or understand what your trying to say

I have similar situation.But i think only primary residence is required.As if most ppl commute to another city for work.Thats what i told my hubby to do.Lets see now

My Wife lived at school part of the time when she was in University. But she came home every weekend, and during the week even some days, so the actual residence was home not the dorm she slept in sometimes. Of course it was same area that may be different.
