hi

its a nice question it is in my mind too..but i think they transferred some applications to CSC themselves and those aplications which were transferred got approval early..

That´s true, we need to find out how to make our files transferred to CSC, mine hasn´t been even touch since NOA1, hope it doesnt mean it will be delayed =( , it´s already on time to be approved according to the USCIS site.

cases are judged on basis of credibility, and those obviously not requiring interview or further investigation are transferred to CSC for expedited processing. if yours is stuck in VSC there is something about it that raises questions. could be a common name of the immigrant, or paucity of supporting documentation, or just about anything of 100 other possibilities. nothign you can do but wait.

Tell me this, why did my case go to CSC instead of VSC?? I live in Texas and my NOA came from CSC instead of VSC???

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
