when petitioner donot meet poverty since his a student do he have to write a written explanation with i-864? and a co-sponsor example my father to file for i864a? with the co-sponsor financial evidences?can somebody give me a link of sample letter of explanation that we can use for future reference pls :star:

Hi! i was a full time student when I had to fill out the I-864 for my husband. So that meant I had ZERO income. hehe I attached a letter to the I-864 explaining why I haven't filed taxes and didn't have any income. Along with my letter I attached my school transcripts and letters from my school that I was a student there. Good luck and God bless! :star:
