Hi LostGurl,

I have seen you post this in a few places, however when I ( I am the USC ) applied for my step Children in Colombia all we filled out was the I-130 and sent a copy of our marriage certificate and the CHildrens Birth Certificate showing their dad. We send no cover sheet or anything else. Other information will come and be requested once the the case reaches the National Visa Center. I hope this helps you some. Our I-130 for the boys was approved in about 2 months. Do not remember when we got the NOA1, as far as the money order you can call the number listed on the back of the money order for instruction.

Good Luck

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
