got this e-mail :

The case is pending the officer's final review. We will process the

case to conclusion once that is completed .[/b]

Anyone can help me what this mean?how long i have to wait?,Is this good or bad?Do they need further information?,do the CO will need evidence since my wife almost 5 months pregnant?.

It means they are about to wrap up your case.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I agree with Nagi.

We received this and about 2 or 3 weeks later received the visa. Just keep emailing and have your wife call the Department of State for updates. They normally notify you that the visa has been printed before the embassy even will. Good luck on the visa and the new baby!
