Which is Which?

Greetings!

I've been reading a lot about co-sponsorship but I'm just a little confused about which form for my husband and my mom in law who'll co-sponsor my hubby.

My husband is full time student and will be graduating this July. So we need a co-sponsor.

My question is,

Which form is right for my hubby? will it be the I864?

and which form is for my mom in law? will it be the I864A?

* Co-Sponsor in same HouseHold: I-864A and all Tax information as above

* Co-Sponser NOT in same HouseHold: I-864 and all Tax information as above

To my understanding here, My husband and mom -in-law (same household) will have to fill out I-864.

And still my in law will still have to fill out the I-864A?

Please enlighten me.

If your husband is living in your parents home then....

Husband fills out: I-864

Mother-in-law fills out: I-864A

They make it confusing...but it's not
