Is Juarez the only embassy location in Mexico than can issues the K1, or can Mexico City do it also?

How did the Mexican half of your relationship fill out their documentation when it comes to names?

its just juarez, my husband had his k-1 appt there in december, just fill out his/her name like it says, or example John Jacob Taylor Myers, John is the first name, Jacob the middle, (or most mexicans dont have middle, i know my husband doesnt, so just leave that blank) and then Taylor Myers, in the last name spot. Let me know if you have any more questions about juarez specifically b/c last year we were where you are right now.

im not sure if i had answered ur question, when i went back and read it i was unsure if you were asking if you should include the mother/fathers name. Follow the directions above, but only use the names that your husband/wife takes. If they sign their stuff with all of their names, and it has all of their names on the passport and other important info, use all the names, doesnt matter if its 9 names long, thats what a supplement is for. good luck!
