Should the vaccines be finished ???

Timeline

Hi i just got to the us and got married, my husband and i are planing to apply for AOS, i did the vaccination required in my country before the interview at the US consulate, but this vaccination should be done again twice and i didnt do it, now i see that the USCIS requires the vaccination record for the AOS,do they require the recent onces or the old ones that i did in my country?????please help i dont want to have any RFE again. please help!!!!

08/18/2009 NOAS I-485,I-765, I131 DATED

08/19/2009 Check cashed

08/21/2009 NOAS HARD COPIES RECEIVED

08/31/2009 Biometric letter received dated 8-26-09

09/08/2009 Applied for State ID

09/09/2009 State ID issued

09/10/2009 Case transferred to CSC

09/14/2009 Received the transfer notice in the mail

09/17/2009 Case received and pending

09/22/2009 Biometric Appointment 11:00 AM, Touched on I-485 and I-765

09/23/2009 Touched on I-485 and I-765

10/09/2009 I-131 APPROVED, I-765 card ordered

The medical you went thru is good for one year. If there are follow up shots required you should be able to go to your local county health department & get them for a small fee. They will up date your shot record that will be presented at the AOS interview. The interviewing officer will have you previouse medical exam documents that you turned in at the POE.

It seems Morocco doesn't do all the vaccines at the medical because I see a lot of people from there having to get vaccines here for the AOS that weren't done at the medical back there....My fiance said he didn't get a vaccination record. Did you? Or was that submitted directly to Casablanca from the doctor at the medical exam? :unsure:

2009-07-11 AOS packet mailed (and supposedly delivered the same day)

2009-07-15 NOA1 for I-485, I-131, I-765 (USCIS rec'd date is 07-12)

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!

It seems Morocco doesn't do all the vaccines at the medical because I see a lot of people from there having to get vaccines here for the AOS that weren't done at the medical back there....My fiance said he didn't get a vaccination record. Did you? Or was that submitted directly to Casablanca from the doctor at the medical exam? :unsure:

Hi star dragon yes i got my medical record(not the forms, the forms goes to the us consulate, i got a booket of the vaccination record) i actually asked the doctor for it after the consultation, the problem is that i had to get another shot in january 26 but i was here and didnt have medical card! now i have to give the medical record for the AOS, should i go get the shots and get another record ????

i cant stand another RFE!! :wacko:

to be on the safe side i would go to a civil surgeon...they would do a blood test and tell you which shots you need, if any. that's what they did for my case and out that i needed 3 shots..2 that i hadn't had before and one that was updated since my last vaccination
