Hit and run everybody ...

I just put in 2 12 hours days with little sleep and I'm exhausted ... plus my afternoon did not finish on a good note ...

Hey Steve,

Hang in there! The $ is worth it. Since I'm bilingual, from time to time I do promo work on the weekends. It is mindless handouts at the grocery store, but I'm on my feet for hours. BUT those stints have paid for a couple of tix to Costa, so I'm not complaining.

Plus, better to pass the weekends working these days instead of waiting for VSC/NVC to open on Monday!

I, on the other hand, spent the weekend shopping. Now I need to go through it all and determine what I'm keeping... I can't fit my clothes in the walk-in closet now!

I don't even know why you would even comment on my post... unless you are feeling guilty for some reason or you want to start problems... but whatever your reasons are... I don't care. All is well. I was cleaning all day. I have 10 contracting bags full of clothing to donate. I'm still not even close to being finished in my basement. Next is my closet in my room. I am a shopaholic... I think we all are from what I am hearing. Did you figure out a date to fly to India? I wish I could see your wifes face when she sees you.. How nice.

before you go any further with you instigating, I suggest you take a look at your own actions before making accusations.

if calling people petulant children for whining, or assuming none of us know about the visa process or doing things like this:

is your idea of trying to help, then maybe it's your perception that needs adjustment. since you have never filed for a k3,cant stand me or narina, and now apparently jenn..why even come on this thread? i mean, whats the point?

Jen, I'm signed in now. I was chatting with the hubby but he went to get a drink. His new place doesn't have a fridge. Oh, and the air mattress is totally flat. My poor baby! You can always call too.

Que, I surprised my husband over Xmas. I contacted his sister and flew down the day before he was coming to his Mom's for the Holiday. He walked in really tired and I was there. I was so happy to see him I cried like a baby. I had kept the secret for over 2 months. It was crazy! Good luck.

Jen, yep can't complain. Now that we have our approval it's definitely a lot easier. My mood has definitely been much improved lately. I now have renewed hope and waiting for NVC to move us forward.

To rebecca I do not know u either and I am definitely the type of person who is all for peace. I am here to learn about this process/find support. And I have to say this group has been nice to me and have lifted me up whenever I needed some laughs or just simple uplifting words. I cannot speak for ur experience, I was not there. All I can do is be civil and hope others act the same way 2wards me and others. I do not believe in name calling and acting mean. I support others just like they have supported me. That is something u will never find me engaging in. BTW when I made the "u can come out from hiding" comment, I was not implying they were all hiding b/c of haters; as a matter of fact that thought didn't even cross my mind. I was referring to our friday the 13th inside joke we had carried over from our earlier thread which is why I was shocked to find the negative comment. And if you noticed a lot of us in this thread chose to move on and keep it upbeat and positive afterwards. Had you not asked me spefically, I wouldn't dwell on the subject. I repeat the goal of VJ is to get through the visa process and learn/share your experience among others going through the same, and not to put one another down. That is one of the things I have come to love about this site. We all are going to something similar, therefore we should be supportive of one another as opposed to engaging in name calling and questionable behavior. Okay, so I have said my piece and know that it's not just directed to u but whoeever else engaged/engages or goes on to engage in these immature mean games.

im sorry, maybe i dont get it, but what does where her husband coming from have to do with anything? we have all go thru the same process regardless. just a thought as i take my nightly stroll around VJ.

Jen, I always used to give away my old (in reality still new) clothes to my niece who is only 6 yrs younger than me and she used to have a field day. Imagine me charging all the shopping on my credit cards and she gets them free and practically brand new and she would practically be partying I wish I had some generous aunt like her!

And marriedtoatico, how nice of you to surprise hubby like that! I bet he was so excited to see u and his tiredness did not last as soon as he saw u
