HEY people... What's the difference between sending the DS-3032 by email or regular mail???

Email = Arrives in minutes. Regular mail= SLOW. SLOW. Email is best especially since you want to get thru NVC ASAP.

Hi to all, I just talked to a rep at the NVC via the 603-334-0700 number and she said to only send the e-mail DS-3032. I recieved the e-mail to pay the AOS fee bill but could not pay online so I called for help. She said she was glad I called before sending the hard copy of DS-3032 because if I had, it would have caused confusion. (we don't want to confuse them !!!) She said they are in the process of switching over completely to e-mail system. At the least, I would call them to verify if your situation is the same. I hope this saves someone some headaches, this whole process is hard enough!! Good luck to all!!!

Do it both ways. Their e-mail system is very unreliable. It look 10 days for them to respond to my e-mail version of DS-3032 while my overnight paper version of Ds-3032 was entered right away.

i suggest the same. i was already sending my aos and iv packages when they responded to my email. regular mail worked better for me and for a lot of people here. check out my signature for a better understanding.

Is there anyone who sent the DS-3032 both ways and it caused delays? The rep said they are getting a lot of angry calls because people did it both ways and are having delays. Just curious. My wife sent it via Yahoo e-mail and it took about 7 days to be acknowledged.

I'd suggest both methods but email them definitely, this way once your done with nvc they will email you the interview letter vs snail mail.

I sent my DS-3032 by email, and NVC received in 7 business days, and I will sent in my hard-copy once I received it from my wife. This wait my NVC will be moving faster.

Good luck.

I DID BOTH WAYS AND THEY WILL RESPOND TO YOU ON E MAIL IF YOU SENT THAT DS ON E MAILED TOO. THEN I DID A BACK UP PLAN SENDING THAT IN THE SNAIL MAIL TOO JUST IN CASE THEIR COMPUTER IS DOWN AGAIN. PAY EVERYTHING ONLINE AND WILL GO FAST FROM HERE. THE RECORD IS 11 DAYS, NVC COMPLETED EVERYTHING, MINE TOOK 25 DAYS WITH 2 RFEs AND 1 HOLIDAY... MY MISTAKE ON THAT RFE.. SENT THE COPIES INSTEAD OF THAT CERTIFIED COPY OR THE ORIGINAL.
